Do you sell frozen artichoke hearts?

I just bought a bag from there but they do not have cooking instructions. Can anyone help?

After trimming the leaves and cutting off the stem, the chokes should be steamed until a knife can be inserted into the stem easily. About 30-40 minutes for an average sized artichoke. Serve with mayo, melted butter, or dressing of you choice.

Freezing them after deep frying would not work..
